Returns are allowed within 7 days of the delivery date for all purchases. Exchanges on unworn earrings, unworn bandanas and all pins are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, valid for any item of equal or lesser value.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com with an image of your purchase and your order number in the subject line. All returned/exchanged earrings and bandanas must be unopened and showing no signs of wear, with original packaging in tact. Returned/exchanged pins may be removed from original packaging.
We do not have a warranty on our products. However, we stand by the quality of all accessories sold. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of your purchase, a description of the problem and your order number in the subject line.
NOTE: Shipping, handling and other additional costs are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees.
